| When an item first airs, an initial price will be displayed on screen for the item on sale. As the sale progresses, the price will fall, once all of the items have been purchased or if the item has not been secured, the sale for that item will end. Liquidation Channel does not offer a return policy as we guarantee lowest prices on our products. However, from time to time LC may designate certain items as returnable under the provisions outlined below. All sales are final unless an item has been specified and labeled as returnable. | |

| LC may designate certain items as returnable. For those designated items, please check your order carefully on receipt. If you are not completely satisfied return your unused and unworn item with all tags attached within 14 days of the invoice date. This Right of Return policy applies only to those Products that have been designated as returnable, and also have not been worn, used, altered, resized, damaged in any way, or had tags removed. Upon receipt LC will inspect each return and LC reserves the right to reject items that have been subject to any of the above circumstances. Returned Items must be complete, including all items LC sent with the order, including the jewelry box and any and all certification. A returned item must be packaged for shipment to arrive in the same condition as it was received. Returns are limited to one (1) order per package. We strongly recommend that you insure your package and ship it via carrier with a tracking method. LC will not be able to issue a refund for items that are damaged or lost in the return shipping process. All Returns in excess of Three (3) per month may be subject to the restocking fee of 25%. | |
